The Tolbert Center (Administration and Conference) is about 75% complete as of today. The exterior stonework is moving along even in the harsh winter weather we have experienced. Target date for completion March 1, 2011. You will see a view of the Tolbert Center from the entrance road, a close up of the road side and the look of the stonework on the lakeside of the building.
